BENIFICIARY MUST RECEIVE IN FULL AMOUNT.
Please ensure that the name of the congress and of the delegate is stated on the bank transfer.
Please note that substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is received before October 31, 2016.
After payment, please attach proof / payment slip with the name of the delegate in the slip. Payment online here.
Registration will only be valid upon receiving of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receiving of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Congress. If cancellation is received before May 31, 2016, 50% of the registration fee (less Bank handling fee) will be refunded. Thereafter, there is no refund of registration fee. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
